Self Portrait Saturday

Yesterday I bought a tripod (my first) a hama one, It was a lot cheaper than I expected (£12.97 in Argos) but does its job and for what I paid I'm really happy with it, no more blurred shots from camera shake. The weather today has been miserable wet and windy and all that lovely snow we had is gone apart from a few lonely patches spread around the garden, and the paths are covered in horrible slush, you know that stuff that soaks your trousers a yucky grey colour, so hence today I'm staying in.

HS:MS today is SPS (Self Portrait Saturday) so even though I hate photos of myself, here I am.

Louise,
It's a beautiful shot. The lighting is gorgeous! Your sweater is so pretty too.

Lovely pic! Great idea about a tripod - never thought of that - I just try to avoid wobbling!
