Well fresh start after a bad weekend, I've decided I'm not gonna count points, because I get too point crazy, and punish myself when i slip up, sooo i have a rough idea of what I can eat each day and what i should be eating so lets just do it that way and see how we go, eat a healthy 3 meals each day with 3 healthy snacks, easy!
Put on 1lb this week, which considering what i ate over the weekend isn't too bad. Aiming for a loss next week though.
Was at the end of festival fireworks last night, went up Carlton hill as did about 2000 people more, luckily found a not to bad spot to set up for some shots. Really love my camera.
