Have been super busy these last few days, painting the kitchen, and emptying rooms ready for carpets to be laid so am catching up with today's and yesterdays prompts, Fluff and Jar,

As for todays portrait shot, I can't take one of me at the moment, im too vain and don't want you to see my grey hairs, so will have to wait til i've dyed it, But heres another old one of me, taken in an old school friends house, before school one day, god what did I look like! must have been around 1994 when I was about 15. It was in colour, but can only seem to find the black n white converted copy.

Suprise!

Was struggling with this one, so looked through some old photo's and came across this one, I was visiting my family one Christmas (04 I think) when It got late one evening my mum had disappeared, I had a funny feeling where she would be and what she would be doing, so grabbed my camera ............ I was right so caught! here she is sitting wrapped in a sleeping bag so she didn't get cold playing world of warcraft on her PC, drinking tea and eating chocolate. Yes I have a cool mum because she plays WOW lol.

Having a wee treat tonight and having a mushroom pizza, can't wait! and not bad as Its my first non-weightwatchers one this year, and still within my points woohoo!

Catch up

Been a bit busy again over the last week going back and forth to the doctors for more medications to help the symptoms of my PCOS ( not really good for my WW as the medication I'm on increases my appetite and has made me feel more hungry this week) It didn't seem to effect my loss this week though, another 3.5lbs which makes it 11.5lb in 4 weeks (about 1st 9lbs in total) and I'm noticing my clothes are getting so baggy.

I tried to keep up with the HS:MS prompts, but only managed Packet, (which has points value scribbled on, found myself doing this which most things, bit obsessive but its helping at the moment lol) So we have packet, and today's which is cuddle, Darren isn't back from work yet so will have to use an old photo for now ( taken DEC 07 ). Also photos of some bracelet's I put together last night.

Im back!

Ok I know I missed a lot of prompts, I will try and catch up with them, but this is for todays prompt : Hole

Didn't have to go far for this one it's the back of my PC chair.

Also weigh in today, another 3lbs gone so am happy with that, and have also got back into an old hobby of mine, making things with clay and fimo, first is a model of my dog chance, made from air-dry-clay then painted and varnished, then a fimo bunny in a lettuce (^,^) am going to work on more bunnies for easter.

Promise

I promise to catch up as soon as I can with HS:MS, but wanted to pop on here just to let you know that at weigh in this week I lost 3.5 lbs (5lbs in the 2 weeks ive been at ww, but 16.5lbs altogether in total since I began 4 weeks ago) I am chuffed that I did well and am already feeling the benefit. Hope to be back blogging here within the next few days.

I could have done this prompt easily a few weeks back, as I could of just snapped myself stuffing my gob, so has taken me a while to come up with this one, after eating my tea (chicken stirfry yum) I had two pancakes and felt so full, I had to undo the button on my jeans lol yep I felt like a glutton.

Well today I wasn't going to play along with HS:MS, mainly because Ive so much to do today and have not long been back from WW and town, but when I had a peek to see what the word was I thought i'd come across one of those websites you need a credit card for LOL, there for all the see were two pert bottys, the word is Lust so I thought well have to join in today with this just hope I don't give random veiwers the wrong impression ha ha!

So here we have Lust, lol ive quite impressed myself looks like the cover of a steamy novel.



Oh and I lost 1.5lb this week, not much but its better than putting it on I spose.

Going to be busy

I might not be as regular with posting over the next few weeks or so, mainly because we have loads to do to the house, and I'm trying to get out more and concentrating on my new way of life. The weekend already!

The past two days have just been a blur for me, I had a terrible migraine that would not shift, so I spent most the time in trying to sleep it off. Feeling a lot better today and am going to venture out into town see if I can find any bargains ( although I cant go until Darren gets back from work, because he forgot his key grrrr)
The healthy eating is going great and I'm looking forward to mondays weigh-in to see what I've lost, am also going to pick up there new cook book and try my hand at some new recipes.
With missing the last two days I've also missed two prompts ( organise and string ) I will catch up on them later, as for my self portrait ain't going to happen today, I look rough and my battery is on charge so this will have to do for now.

It was taken in 1996 when I was 16 thats my baby brother Robert who will be 12 in March, I loved living at home when my brother and sister was young I helped out a lot and took them places, I felt more like a second mum than a sister it was great. Because of the age gap between me (28) my brother Kevin (24) and my sister Holly (15) and Robert people assume that we're from separate relationships but nope my mum and dad got married in 1980 after I was born and have been together ever since. I'm glad Holly and Robert came along I wouldn't want it any other way. This is another old one taken again in 1996 later in the year of all 4 of us. A happy bunch we were never distracted by television.

Hmmm that will teach me to try and be ahead, LOL they have added a twist this saturday to the self portrait.

Darren and me always like to play a board game when were feeling a little bored on a rainy afternoon ( like yesterday) one we play is the game of life, we do play monopoly too(Celtic FC edition) but not too often as it can cause nasty arguments, just like the time we played Cluedo and while my back was turned he looked at the cards (ooh the cheat). Anyway that's where this currency is from The Game of Life, play money is always so colourful.

For the name of my band I got Dumb Enough, which is quite funny, the album title is "I don't need them" (a quote from Paul "Bear" Bryant, I Ain't Never Been Nothing but a Winner) and I used the picture I got too, so here's my album cover. Tuesday 29 January

Phooey was hoping to go out on a nice long walk with Darren and the dog today, but its been raining non-stop since I went to bed last night at 12:30, its so dark and miserable, so I'm staying inside where its warm and relaxing with a couple of magazines, maybe some crafting too after Ive made some 0 point vegetable soup :o)

A song that played at the school disco's, usually the last one of the night, and all the boys would run away because they didn't want to dance with the girls, although some did but never with me :o( so this is a sad one for me (awwwwwwwwww) lol.

Where did it go...

Cant believe the weekend is over! I had a break from blogging this weekend as I needed to catch up on some housework and do some thinking, I was thinking of signing up to the weightwatchers weekly meetings, but for those of you who know me well I'm a very shy person and don't do well in public situations, that's the main reason I haven't made any real friends since moving up here, I sort of became a hermit, a billy no mates lol, but I've spoke to some family members and a few girls on the WW message boards and everyone has said that the people at these meetings are all in the same boat (except I feel I'm going to be the biggest one in the boat and capsize it) So what the hell I'm going to give it a go, it might give me a confidence boost and help me make friends, my first meeting is at 10:00 this morning so I better get a move on.
